We're\nlooking for a Specialist\nNurse to join our Clinical Operations team within\nthe Milton Keynes area,\nwho will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred\ncare in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions
This\nrole offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with\nindependent decision-making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to\nsupport patients at home during a crucial stage of their care.
It's\nideal for nurses who are passionate about community-based care, value\ncontinuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical\nresponsibility with meaningful patient relationships.
What\ndo you need to be successful?
-\nAn RGN registered with the NMC
- Post-registration experience in an acute care setting
- Experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and IV therapies,\nincluding care of IV devices
- Confident in supervising others and working autonomously in the\ncommunity
- Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service\nenvironment
