We're looking for a Specialist Nurse to\njoin our Clinical Operations team within Swansea
As a Specialist Nurse, you'll play a vital\nrole in supporting patients in their own homes - helping to prevent unnecessary\nhospital admissions.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering\nexceptional care, improving patient outcomes, and shaping a service that truly\nputs patients and their families first, gives patients control of their\nhealth through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection.
What do you\nneed to be successful?
-\nAn RGN registered with the NMC
- Post-registration experience in an acute care setting
- Experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and IV therapies,\nincluding care of IV devices
- Confident in supervising others and working autonomously in the\ncommunity
- Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service\nenvironment
