Location: Hybrid Working – there will be patient facing visits in the BSOL area across 5 days and some home working for writing up reports/admin only.

Hours: Mon -Fri 37.5 Hours Full Time Only

Will the candidate be patient facing area? – Yes, will be required to attend face to face across Birmingham & Solihull on occasion.

<\/div>Contract term: 3 months
<\/div>
<\/div>To join, you should possess;
<\/div>
<\/div>Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate recent experience of working in CHC and have a clear understanding of the CHC Appeals Process and Best Practise Guidance.
<\/div>
<\/div> Assessor would be expected to complete and attend Formal CHC Appeals Meetings and complete retrospective DST’s and Needs Portrayal Documents.
<\/div>
<\/div>A valid NMC registration with rights to work in the UK

BSc or another diploma from a nursing program

Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures & willingness to follow them at all times
