Location: Portsmouth
Salary: Up to £21.50 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Around 12 hours per week

We are working with a well-established GP Practice in Portsmouth, who are looking to welcome an experienced Respiratory Nurse into their friendly and close-knit team!

About the Role:

The successful candidate will join a friendly, established and supportive clinical team, working closely with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will lead respiratory reviews, optimise treatment, provide patient education, and support the achievement of clinical quality standards. Prior experience within a GP Practice is required for this role.

Job Requirements:

• Recent experience as a Practice Nurse
• Training qualifications in Cytology and Baby Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management skills
• Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience managing patients with asthma and COPD.
