About FairNeuro

FairNeuro is a new and growing neurodevelopmental healthcare company entering the UK market, focused on providing high-quality, accessible and person-centred ADHD assessments and post-diagnostic support.

As we build our clinical team, we are looking for experienced NMC-registered ADHD Nurse Assessors who can independently complete comprehensive ADHD assessments and produce high-quality diagnostic reports.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering remote ADHD assessments from start to finish, including:

  • Reviewing pre-assessment information and questionnaires
  • Conducting comprehensive ADHD diagnostic assessments
  • Taking developmental, psychiatric and relevant medical histories
  • Assessing functional impairment
  • Considering differential diagnoses and co-occurring conditions
  • Reviewing collateral/informant information where appropriate
  • Completing risk and safeguarding assessments
  • Making appropriate diagnostic decisions within your professional competence
  • Providing diagnostic feedback to clients
  • Completing and signing the full ADHD diagnostic report
  • Maintaining clear and accurate clinical records

Experience using DIVA-5 or similar structured ADHD assessment tools is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Have previous professional experience conducting ADHD diagnostic assessments
  • Be confident assessing and diagnosing ADHD autonomously within their scope of practice
  • Have strong knowledge of ADHD and differential diagnosis
  • Be experienced in producing complete, professional ADHD diagnostic reports
  • Be confident managing risk and safeguarding concerns
  • Be comfortable working remotely and independently

ADHD screening experience alone is not sufficient. We are looking for clinicians who already have experience completing the full diagnostic assessment process.

Independent Prescribing

A V300 Independent Prescribing qualification is not essential, but it is very highly desirable.

We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in:

  • ADHD medication initiation
  • Medication titration
  • Medication reviews
  • Monitoring treatment response and side effects
  • ADHD prescribing and shared-care processes

Any prescribing or medication work would be separate from the standard assessment fee and paid separately.

Pay

£225–£300 per completed ADHD assessment, depending on experience.

The assessment fee covers the complete assessment process, including:

  • Clinical assessment
  • Diagnostic formulation and decision
  • Client feedback
  • Clinical documentation
  • Completion of the full diagnostic report
