Registered Nurse (RN) – AM, PM and Night Shifts

Location: Penrith, NSW
Shift: Night Shift

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the provision of holistic, safe, and person-centred care for residents.

  • Deliver and monitor clinical care in line with individual care plans.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff during night shifts.

  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Experience in aged care (essential).

  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
