You will support and mentor care staff to maintain excellent standards, administer medications safely in line with protocols, and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. You will also work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents' overall wellbeing and respond to any clinical changes during your shift.

What we're looking for:
