Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred nursing support tailored to individual needs.

Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour support.

Conduct health assessments and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.

<li>
Ensure compliance with NMC and safeguarding frameworks.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RNLD).
</li>
<li>
Previous experience in LD, autism, or complex behaviour services.
</li>
<li>
Strong advocacy and communication abilities.
</li>
