Mayo Clinic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated registered Nurse to join our clinical team in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate nursing care for patients, including assessments, phlebotomy, ECGs, and patient education.
  • Deliver advanced clinical interventions aligned with Mayo Clinic protocols and NICE guidance.
  • Act as a clinical mentor and supervisor to junior nursing staff, supporting induction, ongoing education, and competency development.
  • Collaborate with physicians/consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways, including neurology and specialty referrals.
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and governance activities, including audit, SOP creation, and patient safety reviews.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NMC standards of professional practice and confidentiality.


Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Significant experience in general practice or executive health nursing desirable but willingness to learn and support other services preferable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Experience with Endoscopy procedures &screening patient cohorts in a private healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge with Sports medicine desirable but not essential.
