Your Missions:<\/b>

• Deliver high -quality nursing care to adults with acute and long -term conditions

Administer medications and monitor patient responses

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support timely discharge planning
<\/p><\/li>

Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical guidelines
<\/p><\/li>

Participate in training sessions, audits, and staff meetings
