Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Day Shifts, 36 hours per week

£22.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

They are looking for an experienced RGN or RMN with a strong background in nursing home care to join their established team, supporting older adults with a range of nursing needs.

You’ll bring the clinical knowledge, confidence and experience needed to manage residents’ changing needs effectively, delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring dignity, compassion and respect remain at the heart of everything you do.

What You’ll Need:

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration.
• Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills.
• A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high-quality care.

• Previous experience in a nursing home environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs.
• Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and a positive, supportive environment for residents.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practice across the home.
