Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
£22.50 per hour | Full Time | Mixed Shifts | Permanent
This beautifully designed home is the newest addition to a growing care group, providing high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care for older adults. Every part of the environment has been thoughtfully considered to create a comfortable and welcoming setting that supports residents’ changing needs while promoting dignity, independence and quality of life.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be an important part of the home’s clinical team, providing safe, personalised nursing care while supporting residents and their families throughout their time at the home.
Please note that this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship
What We’re Looking For
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Previous nursing home experience is essential
- Experience supporting older adults with nursing and dementia care needs
- Strong clinical skills and confidence managing a range of nursing needs
- Good knowledge of medication management, care planning and clinical risk assessments
- Understanding of safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance
- Confidence responding to changes in residents’ health and escalating concerns appropriately
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to nursing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident’s individual needs
- Complete and review care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation
- Administer and manage medication safely and accurately
- Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition
- Support residents living with nursing and dementia care needs
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care colleagues during your shift
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice
- Communicate effectively with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals
- Contribute to clinical audits, quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Help create a warm, supportive and positive environment for residents and colleagues
