Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) | Day Shifts | £23 per hour + Paid Breaks | 36 Hours per Week

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge with excellent assessment and decision-making skills.
• A compassionate approach and commitment to person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in line with professional and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor care staff to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication, monitor care plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Support the management team in maintaining the home’s Good CQC rating and ensuring best practice.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and supportive home culture.
