Staff Nurse (RGN)

£21.50 per hour | Night Shifts | 42 Hours per Week | Outstanding CQC

This Outstanding CQC-rated, purpose-built nursing home provides high-quality nursing and dementia care for older adults in a beautiful, welcoming environment. Designed to offer comfort, safety, and dignity, the home combines modern facilities with a genuinely person-centred approach, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported.

They are now looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their dedicated night team. If you have previous nursing home experience and are passionate about delivering outstanding care, this is an excellent opportunity to join a service recognised for its exceptional standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Active NMC registration as an RGN.
  • Previous nursing home experience is essential.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in delivering person-centred nursing care.
  • Experience supporting older adults, including those living with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Your Role

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the night.
  • Administer medications and complete clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in their condition.
  • Develop and review person-centred care plans to meet residents' individual needs.
  • Provide leadership and clinical support to the night care team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a calm, safe, and reassuring environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, verification of the right to work in the UK, and any other pre-employment checks required for the role.
