What you’ll do: <\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>- Provide high -quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans <\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks <\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes <\/span>

<\/span><\/h3>- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) <\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - At least 6 months of post -qualification experience in a UK -based care setting <\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person -centred care <\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently <\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively <\/span>
