We’re hiring experienced Registered Nurses in Plymouth to deliver outstanding care across a variety of settings, including care homes, hospitals and within the community. What you’ll do:
<\/h3>- Provide high -quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans
<\/li> - Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
<\/li> - Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes
<\/li> - Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect
<\/li><\/ul>What we’re looking for:
<\/h3>- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
<\/li> - At least 6 months of post -qualification experience in a UK -based care setting
<\/li> - A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person -centred care
<\/li> - The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
<\/li> - Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
