Requirements<\/h3>
Job Responsibilities:
<\/h4>- Provide high -quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
<\/li> - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with individual care plans.
<\/li> - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
<\/li> - Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of care provided.
<\/li> - Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
<\/li> - Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements and the policies of the home.
