Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN
Hours: Night Shifts, 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £21.90 per hour
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, close-knit nursing home set in a stunning countryside location. Providing personalised nursing, residential, and palliative care, and holding a Good CQC rating, this home is now looking for a compassionate and clinically strong Staff Nurse to join their dedicated day team.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Current, unrestricted NMC registration - RGN or RMN accepted
- Experience working within a nursing home setting — essential
- Clinically strong, with a confident and compassionate approach to care
- Experience in palliative or end-of-life care is advantageous
- A team player who thrives in a small, community-focused environment

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with nursing, residential, and palliative care needs
- Conducting and reviewing care assessments and care plans in line with individual resident needs
- Administering medications safely and accurately in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Working closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to ensure holistic care
- Supporting and supervising care staff, acting as a clinical point of reference on shift
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
