Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide high -quality nursing care to patients across our client sites. The RGN will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person -centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, care planning, and medication administration
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor patient health, record observations, and respond promptly to changes
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support patients with daily living activities and promote independence
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinical governance standards
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Follow infection control procedures and health & safety guidelines
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other healthcare professionals
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in training, supervision, and professional development
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity at all times
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications
    <\/h3>
    • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Relevant nursing degree or diploma
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Up -to -date knowledge of nursing practice, care standards, and clinical procedures
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Right to work in the UK
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Willingness to undergo background checks (DBS)
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
      <\/div><\/span>

      • Minimum of 1–2 years post -registration experience (care homes, hospitals, or community settings preferred)

      • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Compassionate, patient -focused, and professional approach
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
