Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

£20.00 - £21.00 per hour | 36 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a welcoming care home that provides high-quality nursing, dementia, and mental health care to a small number of residents.

With a strong focus on person-centred care, the service is committed to understanding each resident as an individual, ensuring care is tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals. Holding a Good CQC rating, the service is recognised for delivering high standards of care within a supportive and professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – essential
• Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Experience working within nursing, dementia, or mental health settings – desirable
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
• Developing and reviewing individual care plans
• Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
• Supporting residents living with dementia and mental health conditions
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times
