About the Role

As a Complex Care Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in shaping safe, person‑centred care for adults with complex physical and neurological conditions. You’ll work directly with clients in their homes and communities, while also supporting our frontline staff with clinical oversight, training, and professional guidance.

This is a dynamic, mobile role suited to a nurse who thrives on autonomy, relationship‑building, and delivering high‑quality care across dispersed locations.


Where You’ll Work

You will cover Essex, Sussex and wider South East regions, providing both scheduled and responsive clinical support. A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the nature of community travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care in clients’ homes and community settings

  • Complete clinical assessments, risk reviews, and care planning

  • Provide hands‑on support with complex care interventions

  • Offer clinical leadership, coaching, and guidance to support workers and coordinators

  • Strengthen clinical governance, documentation, and quality assurance

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams

What You’ll Bring

  • NMC‑registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

  • Experience in Complex Care, community nursing, or long‑term conditions

  • Strong clinical judgement and confidence working autonomously

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • A flexible, compassionate, person‑centred approach

  • Full UK driving licence + access to a car
