Where You’ll Work
You will cover Essex, Sussex and wider South East regions, providing both scheduled and responsive clinical support. A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the nature of community travel.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care in clients’ homes and community settings
Complete clinical assessments, risk reviews, and care planning
Provide hands‑on support with complex care interventions
Offer clinical leadership, coaching, and guidance to support workers and coordinators
Strengthen clinical governance, documentation, and quality assurance
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams

What You’ll Bring
NMC‑registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Experience in Complex Care, community nursing, or long‑term conditions
Strong clinical judgement and confidence working autonomously

Full UK driving licence + access to a car
