Regional Nurse – Complex Care Remote (Somerset / Gloucestershire / Worcestershire preferred)
Salary: £48,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Nurse to join a growing specialist care provider delivering high-quality complex community care across the South West. The role will provide clinical oversight across Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire, supporting a caseload of complex care packages and working closely with care teams, families, and wider multidisciplinary professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paediatric Nurse with experience supporting adults who is looking to take on a regional role combining clinical leadership, care management, and community-based support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight across complex care packages throughout the region
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments, audits, and package reviews
• Provide clinical advice and support to care teams, clients, and their families
• Monitor care quality and ensure packages are delivered safely and effectively
• Support the recruitment, development, and competency of complex care teams
• Deliver and support clinical training and competency assessments
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings
• Attend case management, commissioner, and MDT meetings where required
• Investigate and manage clinical incidents appropriately
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory standards are met
• Support continuous improvement across complex care services

Requirements

• Active NMC Registration
• Qualified Paediatric Nurse
• Previous experience delivering complex care within the community
• Experience supporting both children and adults
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Experience with complex clinical needs is essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional caseload
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
