The role will provide clinical oversight across Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire, supporting a caseload of complex care packages and working closely with care teams, families, and wider multidisciplinary professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paediatric Nurse with experience supporting adults who is looking to take on a regional role combining clinical leadership, care management, and community-based support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight across complex care packages throughout the region
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments, audits, and package reviews
- Provide clinical advice and support to care teams, clients, and their families
- Monitor care quality and ensure packages are delivered safely and effectively
- Support the recruitment, development, and competency of complex care teams
- Deliver and support clinical training and competency assessments
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings
- Attend case management, commissioner, and MDT meetings where required
- Investigate and manage clinical incidents appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory standards are met
- Support continuous improvement across complex care services
- Active NMC Registration
- Qualified Paediatric Nurse
- Previous experience delivering complex care within the community
- Experience supporting both children and adults
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experience with complex clinical needs is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional caseload
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- £48,000 salary
