What you'll be doing
Are you a newly qualified nurse waiting for your NMC PIN? Join us now and begin your career journey in a supportive, welcoming environment.

You'll start in the role of Healthcare Assistant, giving you the opportunity to get to know our residents, team, and routines while completing your induction and on-site training. This hands-on experience will help you build confidence, develop key skills, and understand our standards of care before stepping into your registered nurse role.

As soon as your NMC PIN is confirmed, you'll move seamlessly into our Preceptorship Nurse Programme. You'll be fully supported by experienced mentors, receive tailored development plans, and have the time and guidance you need to thrive in your first registered role.

This is the perfect way to bridge the gap between qualifying and practising, ensuring you feel prepared, valued, and ready to deliver the best possible care.

You can find additional information in the attached job description.

What you'll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 1 or hold GCSEs in Mathematics and English, demonstrating a solid foundation in essential skills. They will understand the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and possess basic IT literacy to support day-to-day tasks. While no specific prior experience is required, a willingness to learn and a responsible approach to handling sensitive information are essential.
