Practice Nurse - 12-Month Maternity Cover (FTC)

Location: Doncaster | Hours: 30 per week | Pay: £20-£24/hr (DOE)

An innovative, forward-thinking training practice in Doncaster is looking for a motivated and proactive Practice Nurse to join the team for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a varied role within a supportive, collaborative practice with a strong focus on professional development.

Key responsibilities:

• Cytology
• Wound care
• Asthma/COPD, diabetes, CHD & hypertension management
• Baby and travel immunisations
• Contraception & family planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in General Practice
• Graduate, registered nurse with relevant certificates (Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, Wound Care, Cytology)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Desirable: Prescribing qualification, experience with SystmOne
