Practice Nurse (Onsite at Corporate Client)

Location: Manchester (near Manchester Piccadilly Station)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (No weekends)
Salary: £40,900 - £45,000 (DOE) + Excellent benefits, including Private Medical Insurance

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Practice Nurse to join our on-site healthcare team at a corporate client location near Manchester Piccadilly Station. This is a unique and rewarding role where you'll deliver high-quality clinical care, health education, and wellbeing support to employees in a professional workplace setting. This role is based onsite at a major corporate bank in Manchester.

As part of HCA Healthcare UK's Corporate Health division, you'll provide patient-centred care that reflects both HCA's and our client's standards of excellence.

What you will do
  • Provide onsite clinical consultations and assessments for employees who are unwell
  • Conduct ergonomic, medical, and pregnancy workstation assessments
  • Dispense medication and manage minor injuries
  • Administer vaccinations and immunisations
  • Deliver health advice, education, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Oversee and coordinate First Aid services within the workplace
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold governance standards
What you will bring
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN)
  • Previous experience in a similar setting or practice
  • Strong background in primary care and/or community nursing
  • Confident in health screening, vaccinations, and occupational health processes (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, approachable manner
  • Strong IT proficiency and meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping
