10 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Part-time, up to £22 per hour, NHS Pension, parking on site, 25 days Annual Leave Pro rata.

We are currently working with a friendly, close-knit and successful practice in Cambridge who are looking for a Practice Nurse to join their team, on a permanent, part-time basis to cover Maternity Leave for 10 months, across 2 of their sites. The centre is looking for a dedicated and skilled Practice Nurse to join their team 3 days a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

The team is made up of GP's, a highly supportive management team, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants that you would be working alongside. The Practice serves a population dominated by the provision of care to university students and staff alongside the local residential population. The practice manager is supported by two deputy managers and a number of secretarial and reception staff. This role will be split across 2 sites. The practice seerves 21,500 patients registered over 2 sites and a team of over 50 staff including pharmacists, physiotherapists and social prescribers.

Required Skills:

• Cytology.
• Baby immunisations.
• Travel immunisations.
• Flu vaccinations.
• Advanced Wound Care.
• Compression Bandaging.
