PRACTICE NURSE OPPORTUNITY – BRIGHTON
We are currently looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to provide flexible cover at a friendly GP surgery in Brighton.
This is a flexible opportunity for a Practice Nurse looking for 1–3 days per week, with hours that can be tailored around availability and practice requirements.

The Role
The successful Practice Nurse will support the practice team with a range of clinical duties, including:
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Long-term condition reviews
- Routine nursing appointments
- Patient assessments and clinical observations
- Health promotion and self-management advice
- Supporting the wider clinical team as required
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Working within practice protocols and professional scope of practice
About You
We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is:
- Experienced working within a GP surgery or primary care setting
- Confident carrying out wound care and dressings
- Experienced in managing or supporting long-term condition reviews
- Comfortable working independently
- Patient-focused with strong communication skills
- Reliable, professional and organised
- Ideally experienced using SystmOne
Flexible Locum Opportunity
The practice can consider candidates looking for 1, 2 or 3 days per week, with flexibility around working hours.
