Band 6 (Up to 48k per Anum) | Full-Time Hours | 27 Days AL Plus Bank Holidays

A well-established and highly supportive GP surgery in Torquay (TQ2) is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team.

The practice has built an excellent reputation within the local community, reflected by the consistently positive CQC reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team that values high-quality patient care, professional development, and work-life balance.

You'll be joining a fantastic established team, made up of 4 GPs, 4 other Practice Nurses, 3 ANPs, HCA's, Paramedics and Prescribing Clinical Pharmacists, to care for their 17,000 patients.

Key Responsibilities

Working autonomously as part of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care to their 17,000 patients across a range of services, including:

• Cervical screening
• Childhood immunisations
• Adult and travel vaccinations
• Chronic disease management and annual reviews

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care
• Confidence in delivering cervical screening, immunisations, and vaccinations
• Experience running Diabetes and/or Asthma clinics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
