A friendly Training Practice in Wales (CF42 postcode) is looking to hire an experienced Practice Nurse on a permanent basis. The practice is looking for someone to offer 3 days p/week.

Ideal working hours would be Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 9am - 5pm.

The successful candidate will possess General Practice experience and be able . Day to day duties include: Cytology, Immunisations, Chronic Disease Management as well as other typical treatment room skills.

Previous NHS service is recognised if evidence provided

Length of Service Annual leave and general public (Bank) holidays

On appointment 28 days + 8 days

After 5 years' service 30 days + 8 days

After 10 years' service 34 days + 8 days

The practice utilises EMIS Web and holds a list size of around 15,500 patients. You would be part of an exceptional multidisciplinary team which includes: 6 GP partners, 6 Salaried GPs, 3 PNs, 3 HCAs, 1 mental health practitioner, 3 Physios, 5 Pharmacists. The team is supported by their amazing and devoted patient advisers and administrators.
