A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Sutton (SM3) is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team. The practice has built a strong reputation within the local community, reflected by their consistently positive CQC reports.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work autonomously within the nursing team, delivering high-quality patient care across a range of services, including:

• Cervical screening
• Spirometry
• Child immunisations
• Adult and travel vaccinations
• Wound care
• Long-term condition management and reviews

About You:

• Qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
• Confident across the clinical areas listed above
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive, reliable, and a collaborative team player
