A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Chislehurst is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team.

• Join an experienced and welcoming team of 6 ANPs, 5 Practice Nurses & 3 HCAs

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:

• Cervical screening, Child immunisations, Adult & Travel immunisations, Wound care, Long-term condition reviews, Asthma

Who We're Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
• Confident in the above clinical areas
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
