Practice Nurse

Location: Salford (M6)

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 2-3 days per week

A highly reputable GP surgery in Salford is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis for around 2-3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nurse with primary care experience who is comfortable running clinics autonomously and is looking to become part of a stable, supportive practice. The surgery places strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, development, and continuity of care, offering a positive working environment where nurses are genuinely valued.

The Role

You will work independently while being fully supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. The role includes running nurse-led clinics and delivering high-quality patient care, including:

Be around to complete all long term conditions

· Diabetes 1st and 2nd

· COPD

· Asthma

· Immunisations

· Smears

About the Practice

• Patient list size of approximately 11,450, allowing for meaningful continuity of care
• Supportive and well-established clinical team, including:
  • Long-standing GP Partners
  • Practice Nurses
  • Wider clinical and non-clinical support staff

The team is known for being welcoming and hands-on, with support available to help you quickly settle into their systems and processes.
