Practice Nurse - Morden Area
1 Day per Week (8 Hours)

Chase Medical are excited to be recruiting for a Practice Nurse to join a friendly and well-run GP surgery in the Morden area. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a flexible, part-time role, working 1 day per week across two 4-hour clinics with 15-minute face-to-face appointments.
You will be joining a welcoming team of 5 GPs and 3 Nurses (2 ANPs and 1 Practice Nurse), supporting a patient list of approximately 7,000 patients. The surgery is known for its positive working environment and collaborative team culture.
The Role
The successful candidate will ideally be confident delivering a range of core Practice Nurse services, including:

The Role

- Cytology
- Baby and adult immunisations (including child nasal flu)
- Travel immunisations
- Asthma, Diabetes and Hypertension reviews
- Family planning (pill checks and Depo)
- NHS Health Checks
- B12 injections
- Wound care and compression bandaging
- Ear irrigation
Independent Prescribing would be advantageous but is not essential.
The practice uses EMIS Web, but training can be provided if you are not currently using this system.
