Are you an experienced Practice Nurse seeking a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and patient-centred team?

We're looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join a friendly and well-run practice in the Preston (PR1) area on a full-time basis, across 5 days per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local Practice Nurse looking to join a warm, professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. You'll join a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team that includes GPs, ANPs, Clinical pharmacists, GP Assistants, Social prescribers, Medicines co-coordinator, and practice staff. and a highly organised admin and management team. The practice serves a patient list of around 4,400, and is a training practice for GPs, with excellent public transport links and parking on site

Skills needed:

• 1 year of experience working in General Practice, as a Practice Nurse
• Cytology
• Baby and Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management (CHD management is essential)
