Practice Nurse

Chase Medical is currently recruiting experienced Locum Practice Nurses to support GP practices on a flexible, locum basis.

We work with a wide range of primary care settings who require reliable and adaptable Practice Nurses to provide high quality patient care.

Pay Rates

• Competitive locum rates of £28-£47 per hour (including holiday pay).

Role responsibilities may include:

• Delivering routine nursing care within general practice
• Supporting clinics and day-to-day nursing services
• Working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Desirable skills & experience:

• Cervical smears
• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes)

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (NMC)
• Previous experience working within a GP practice
• Up to date clinical skills relevant to primary care
• Ability to adapt quickly to new practice environments
