Are you an experienced Practice Nurse seeking a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and patient-centred team?

We're looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join a friendly and well-run practice in the Wilmslow (SK9) area on a part-time basis, up to 30 hours per week. Please note, this opportunity is for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The role is set to begin in February/March 2026 and offers a competitive salary of up to £46,580 FTE, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local Practice Nurse looking to join a warm, professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. You'll work alongside another experienced Practice Nurse and be fully supported by GPs, Healthcare Assistants, and a highly organised admin and management team. The practice serves a patient list of around 10,500, are a training practice for GPs, and the nearest train station is just a 4-minute walk away.

Skills needed:

• Cytology
• Baby and Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management (CHD management is essential)
