Salary: £43,588-£51,719 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full time
Working arrangement: Fully site based

OH Medical is recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Adviser for a permanent opportunity within an established in-house team in Swindon.

You will support a safety-critical workforce through face-to-face clinical assessments, health surveillance and case management. With regular contact with employees and managers, this role offers the opportunity to provide practical advice that makes a difference.

The Role

• Deliver health surveillance, management referrals and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Manage sickness absence cases and recommend appropriate workplace adjustments.
• Provide advice to support employees in remaining at work or returning safely.
• Produce clear, evidence-based Occupational Health reports.
• Support and supervise Occupational Health Technicians.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records.
• Collaborate with HR, line managers and clinical colleagues to maintain service quality.

What We're Looking For

• A Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• A recognised Occupational Health qualification, such as a diploma, degree or MSc.
• Strong experience in health surveillance and Occupational Health case management.
• Excellent communication, clinical assessment and report-writing skills.
• An organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• Good IT skills and an understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.
