The Role
As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will deliver a full Occupational Health service to clients across both the public and private sectors.
Duties include:
- Case management (telephone, Teams, and face-to-face)
- Fitness for work assessments and management referrals
- Health surveillance (audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments)
- Pre-placement health assessments
- DSE and workplace assessments
- Immunisations and vaccinations (where required)
- Producing clear, evidence-based reports
- Supporting sickness absence management and return-to-work plans
- Participating in clinical audit and service development
Salary & Benefits
In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will receive:
- Up to £49,529.33 (DOE) - Pro Rata if Part time
- 27 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (rising to 33 days)

Requirements - Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
We are looking to speak with experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisors who are confident in delivering a full Occupational Health service.
Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1)
- Occupational Health qualification (Cert/Dip/Degree)
- Recent Occupational Health experience (within 2 years)
- Experience delivering case management and health surveillance
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle
- NMC Part 3 (SCPHN - Occupational Health)
- Experience working to SEQOHS standards and accreditation requirements
- Venepuncture and vaccination skills
