What you will do:
- Undertake health surveillance, assessments, and pre-placement services, ensuring the health and safety standards of prospective and current employees.
- Expertly manage case work, providing informed, practical advice that aids both employers and employees.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality occupational health services, offering guidance on employment suitability, fitness to work, and rehabilitation processes.
- Adhere to professional standards and relevant legislation to ensure a high standard of care and service efficiency.
- Employ clinical expertise to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement proactive health promotion strategies.

Person Specification:
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Health.
- Registered General Nurse qualification.
