Occupational Health Nurse
Guildford & Portsmouth | 3-5 Days per Week
OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join a growing and supportive occupational health team covering client sites across Guildford and Portsmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking to develop their career within occupational health. Whether you already have occupational health experience or are looking to transition into the specialty, full support and development opportunities will be provided.
The Role
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality occupational health services to a diverse client base. Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide a range of clinical services designed to support employee health, wellbeing, and fitness for work.
The role will involve regular travel between client sites in the Surrey and Hampshire regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-employment health assessments
- Deliver health surveillance programmes and periodic health assessments
- Provide vaccinations and phlebotomy services
- Support the delivery of workplace health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards and GDPR requirements
- Ensure medical equipment is maintained, calibrated, and safe for use
- Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional occupational health services
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered Nurse status with current NMC registration
- A nursing degree or equivalent nursing qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
- A commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care
