OH Medical is working with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse for a fantastic part-time opportunity in Weybridge. If you're looking for a role that combines clinical variety with a genuinely manageable schedule... this one ticks a lot of boxes.



The Role - A Proper Mix of Clinical & Workplace Health

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you'll be a key part of the onsite team, delivering a compassionate and professional Occupational Health service that makes a real difference day to day. Your role will include:

• Case management and fitness for work assessments
• Issuing fitness certificates and clear, practical advice
• Vaccinations and phlebotomy services
• Health surveillance in line with legislation and risk assessments
• Writing reports to GPs and specialists (in line with relevant legislation)
• Supporting managers with workplace health queries
• Delivering health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
• Managing and maintaining clinical equipment

What We're Looking For In An OHN

We are looking for an Occupational Health Nurse who can balance clinical expertise with a calm, approachable presence on-site, some that is:

• An NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1)
• Ideally Qualified in Occupational Health
• Experienced in case management and pre-employment assessments
• Confident with vaccinations, screening, and medical escalation
• Able to interpret data and support health needs assessments
• Strong IT skills and understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
• Excellent communication skills with both employees and managers
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

The Setup

• Fully onsite role based in Weybridge
• Working closely with the client and their teams
• A consistent, structured two-day working week (no surprises)
