Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £60,0000 annum (DOE) + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We're a trusted healthcare recruitment agency working with an established care home in Birmingham that's looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead their team and deliver outstanding care.

About the Role

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health & safety, and all regulatory requirements.

• Maintain exceptional care standards through effective governance, auditing and quality improvement plans.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, staffing and resources efficiently.

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:

Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RCN)
Proven management experience in a residential or nursing care setting
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to care delivery
