Job Title: Home Manager - RGN Qualified - Dementia Care Location: Birmingham Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAPThe OpportunityWe're currently working on a confidential management role with an established nursing home provider.
This is a 24-bed home providing a mix of nursing and dementia care.
The home is in need of a strong, experienced manager who can take full control and bring stability and improvement where needed.This position would suit someone with a solid background in managing nursing homes, ideally with experience turning services around.
The CQC rating isn't where it needs to be - so we're looking for someone confident in navigating compliance, leading a team, and making clear improvements.What We're Looking ForYou must be an RGN with an active NMC pinStrong experience managing nursing/dementia homes (essential)Confident in working with CQC and improving outcomesAble to manage clinical and operational performanceSomeone who's hands-on, visible, and leads from the frontAvailable to start immediately or with minimal noticeThe Home24 bedsDementia-focused with a mix of nursing and residential careAlso supports palliative care, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, and respiteRequires strong leadership and focus on quality/complianceThe PackageSalary of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experienceImmediate start availablePermanent contract with long-term potentialInterested?If you're a confident and experienced home manager ready for a fresh challenge - please send up to date cv's to
