Our Emergency Department provides urgent and emergency care to a diverse patient population, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursing Associate who is committed to providing safe, effective, and patient-centred care while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As a Nursing Associate within the Emergency Department, you will:

Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses.

Support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Monitor and record observations, recognising and escalating patient deterioration appropriately.

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal care, nutrition, hydration, mobility, and comfort.

Undertake a range of clinical procedures within your scope of practice.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Support patient flow through the department, assisting with admissions, transfers, investigations, and discharge processes.

Promote patient safety, dignity, safeguarding, and infection prevention standards.

Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and support services to ensure effective patient care.
