
Nurse Assessor
Full Time: 9am-5pm, hybrid Part Time: 4 days per week (minimum 2 days on-site at your local assessment centre)
Enhanced salary: £44,862.18
Performance‑related salary uplifts: Earn up to £2,000 extra in your first year, with further increases as you develop new specialist skills.
Up to 10% annual bonus + £2,000 referral scheme.

What You Can Expect
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm - no nights, weekends, or bank holidays

What You'll Do Each Day
- Complete a range of person‑centred assessments (face‑to‑face, video, or telephone)
- Use clinical questioning, active listening, and critical reasoning to explore functional impact
- Produce structured, high‑quality clinical reports for DWP decision makers
- Review, request, and analyse additional evidence where appropriate
- Work closely with a team of experienced clinical colleagues to deliver fair, consistent assessments
Who We're Looking For
- NMC‑registered Nurses: RGN, RMN, RNLD
- 12+ months UK post‑registration experience
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and IT confidence
