• Up to £45,000 full time equivalent (pro-rata rate for part time)
• 43 hours per week
• Includes weekdays and weekends working
• May be required to work occasional day shifts as part of the contracted hours

Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the Care Home
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess patient health status, documenting changes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualised care plans
• Support Sisters' emotional needs in alignment with our values
• Provide mentor support to our Care Assistants and support them in their development

Requirements

• UK Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post registration experience
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with our Sisters
• Compassionate approach to nursing with a commitment to holistic care.
