What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive community-based mental health care to clients experiencing early-stage psychosis.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and carers to enhance their understanding and support engagement in treatment.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and services to ensure coordinated and seamless care pathways.

Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing is essential.
- Proven experience in working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
