Here's an exceptional opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the vibrant Adults Community Mental Health Team in Southwark, specifically at the Southwark CMHT Camberwell and Peckham Team based at St Giles House. Offering a fantastic hourly rate of £27, with core hours of 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. Flexibility is key for us, and we’re open to discussing start and finish times to suit the right applicant, whether you're looking at an 8am to 6pm schedule over three to four days, or perhaps an 8am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm shift.

What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans for adults.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best quality of care.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Support service users in the community, promoting recovery and self-management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to industry standards.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Current NMC Registration.
