Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting a Band 6 Midwife on behalf of the States of Guernsey, based within Loveridge Ward, Maternity Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, NMC-registered Midwife seeking a rewarding role within a modern, woman-centred maternity service, while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in one of the safest and most picturesque locations in the British Isles.

As a Midwife, you will:

• Deliver autonomous, evidence-based, woman-centred care throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period.
• Act as an advocate for women and their families.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor maternal and neonatal wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, education, mentorship, and professional development.
• Participate in safeguarding processes and uphold the NMC Code at all times.
• Contribute to the maternity on-call rota.
