The Opportunity

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care.
• Undertake comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Monitor mental state, treatment response and recovery outcomes.
• Develop and review care plans in collaboration with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic records.
• Participate in quality improvement, education and professional development activities.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and safety-focused team culture.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Relocation Support

· Candidates will initially be assisted to apply for a Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa.

· Following six months of employment, eligible candidates may be supported through the Subclass 186 Permanent Residency pathway.

· Generous relocation package of up to AUD$15,000 plus up to 12 weeks of temporary accommodation.
